Orders and Payment

Delivery

Returns and Refunds

b. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery, provided the chocolates are in their original, unopened packaging and in a sellable condition.

d. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must present valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt, order confirmation email, or gift receipt.

e. We may require you to provide photographic evidence of the issue to assist us in understanding and resolving the matter promptly.

f. Depending on the circumstances, we will either offer a refund, replacement, or store credit for the defective or damaged products.

g. Non-Refundable Items: a. Certain items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. These items include Perfumes and cosmetic products, soft toys, Customized or personalized greeting cards, and Chocolates purchased during clearance or promotional sales.

h. Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process.

i. All the refunds will be directed to the payment-initiated media.

j. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

k. Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), the customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return process.
